Who handles your information
The Revline team at Stratum Development operates PlayRevline.com. For privacy questions, access, correction, deletion or a concern about a child’s information, email contact@stratumscale.com. This policy covers this website and information received from the connected Revline game; Roblox and Discord separately explain their own practices.
Information we collect
- Account and security: username, display name, email, password hash, optional Roblox username, account connections, confirmation and security settings, and records of Terms acceptance. We store password hashes, not your readable website password.
- Connected game information: Roblox user ID and names, playtime, progression, driving statistics, vehicle ownership, upgrades, in-game fuel and trip summaries. These describe the game, not your physical vehicle or real-world GPS location.
- What you submit: suggestions, bug reports, votes, images, profile details, applications, support messages and any messages you choose to send through available site features.
- Technical records: IP addresses, browser information, request and error logs, sign-in events, rate limits, and moderation records for security and operation.
Why we use it
We use information to run accounts, confirm email and send requested security codes, link Roblox profiles, show garages and leaderboards, handle applications and support, moderate submissions, prevent abuse and maintain the service. Where data protection law requires a lawful basis, these purposes may rely on performing our agreement with you, legitimate interests in security and community operation, legal obligations, or consent for optional storage. We do not sell personal information or enable advertising tracking.
What is public and private
Public player pages, leaderboards and garages can show Roblox identity, vehicle names and ownership, upgrades, mileage and speed records. Public posts, images and votes may identify your website profile. Email, passwords, security codes, applications and support conversations are not public. Vehicle registration details, fuel information and trip history are limited to the linked account and authorized service handling. Staff access is limited by role. Avoid putting private information in public submissions; others may copy it.
Providers and sharing
DreamHost hosts the website and handles configured email delivery. Roblox provides game hosting and account-related information; Discord receives information when you use its service or follow its links. GitHub is used for source control and deployment. Authorized technical providers may process information as needed to deliver and secure the service, including backups and infrastructure logs. Information may be processed in countries other than your own. We may disclose information when legally required, to protect users or enforce our rules, or as part of a lawful service transfer with appropriate notice and safeguards. Using ChatGPT to assist development does not make OpenAI the operator of your account.
Storage and retention
We keep account and game information while needed to provide the service, and submissions, applications and support records while needed for their purpose, moderation or resolving disputes. Verification codes expire after 15 minutes, though security records may remain. Recent trip history is periodically trimmed to approximately the newest 200 trips per player. Server logs, backups and abuse records may be kept separately; deletion from backups can occur later in their normal lifecycle. We do not promise instant or automatic deletion of every record. You can ask us to delete information no longer needed.
Your choices and requests
You can edit available profile and security settings, choose whether to link Roblox, and manage optional saved drafts through Cookie settings. To request access, correction, export, unlinking or deletion, contact us from your account email or through support. We may reasonably verify your identity before acting. Applicable law may give you rights to object, restrict processing, withdraw consent or complain to your local data protection authority. Some records may be retained for legal obligations, fraud prevention or disputes; we will explain applicable limits.
Children and security
Website accounts and submissions are intended for people aged 13 and older. Do not send us personal information if you are under 13. If we learn that we have collected a child’s information without required authorization, we will investigate and take appropriate steps to remove it. A parent or guardian can contact us using the address above. We use HTTPS, access controls and protected credentials, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
